If you could walk around Lake of the Isles with one person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

I walk around a lake in Uptown Minneapolis called Lake of the Isles daily with my husband, David, and our dog, Ziggy. Lake of the Isles is part of the “Chain of Lakes,” and it’s one of my favorite things about Minneapolis.
It’s about an hour-long walk, and over the years we’ve been doing this, we’ve met other “regulars" who walk every day, no matter how cold or snowy. We get to know the lake’s subtle nuances, and bonus, we have time to talk.
I love walking first thing in the morning. It’s been a game-changer for me. This habit of walking is the inspiration for our very first Sparkle Wednesday question.
If you could walk around Lake of the Isles with one person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
I consider this question regularly, and my answer changes depending on my mood, needs, or what’s happening in the world.
It would have to be my grandma I never got to talk to her before and my mom always talks about her. I would’ve loved to know her personally.
At this time, i would like to walk with my mom when she was healthy. She has been gone for a while as we lost her to dementia and years later she passed. Going through severe health issue with no family in the USA is very difficult.
