You can get a lesson from a world -renowned expert, what are you doing?

Over the past few years, I've found myself in situations where I'm a beginner (Spanish, guitar, flower artist - to name a few) no skills, sometimes no natural aptitude, and entirely new to something I'm attempting to learn. In my life at this moment in time, I typically play the part of the leader - experienced, competent, knowledgeable, and definitely more of the teacher than the student, so being the beginner is a little unsettling, yet rewarding and exhilarating. Don’t be afraid of being a beginner!
If you’re a regular Sparkler, you know I started playing guitar about a year ago. I grew up playing other instruments, but I've wanted to play the guitar forever! Well, now I’m doing it. It's a different experience wearing the beginner hat. My hands are still fumbling around, but I'm improving. Lessons from an expert (David or my teacher) greatly help.
This got me thinking about today's question. If you could get a lesson from a renowned expert, what would it be? I'm talking about someone who has worked thousands of hours to hone their craft. Some of you reading this question are those people!
I love to cook, and I'm pretty good at it, but there's always room for improvement, right? For this reason, I'd choose to have a cooking lesson with Julia Child. Doesn't that sound like fun? I imagine we'd open some wine, cook, laugh, and eat. Bon Appétit!
What about you? If you could get a lesson from a world-renowned expert, what would you be doing?
I’ve recently been reading Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. I can’t get enough of her writing style, her knowledge of biology, or the stories of her people. I wish with my whole heart that she could be my mentor. My writing, understanding of nature, and my voice would all improve greatly.
