Labor Day is behind us. Kids are back in school, and fall is around the corner. Here in Minneapolis, the temperature hit 90 degrees yesterday - not exactly pumpkin spice latte weather (totally overrated, by the way).
Stormy weather last night ushered in chilly temps; and today, the high is 70 degrees - almost jean jacket weather. Can you say whiplash?
In early June, I created a moderately ambitious bucket list.
I did 9 out of 13.
Lisa’s Summer Bucket List:
Go on a picnicSwim in a lakeFarmer's marketCampingCabin tripHave people over in the backyardRent a canoe at the lake
Dine on a rooftopGo to hear an outdoor concertGo to the Friday 7am meditation in Loring Park
Take a day tripHang by a pool
Go to the zoo
Before we turn the page to fall, let's reflect on summer for a bit. It always goes so fast. What was the highlight of your summer?
Playing guitar around the campfire with my wife. We were camping at Gooseberry Falls, a stone’s throw from Lake Superior. Definitely a great night!
Our 5 week vacation in Europe exploring many Museums & landmarks. Also visiting Wisconsin at my nieces cabin on the Lake. Lots of memories.
