Seasonal rhythms are so important, yay, to celebrating them! I’m with you on the walks in the woods and fires outside. I also love cleaning and opening the windows.
Spring is Florida is not different than up North but one needs to take advantage of the beautiful sunny, cool weather before the heat starts in June. We always clean our patio & pool area & add some beautiful new plants. It’s so relaxing to have coffee or dinner outside in March, April, & May. We love eating outside.
I love to start seeds and plants for my garden. It’s always fun to hit the garden stores and grab a couple of flats of pansies. Beautiful time of year!
I am a very seasonal runner. That being said, I only enjoy running in the spring, otherwise it's too hot, too cold, or too icy! But there's something about the spring that makes me want to take out the old running shoes and run as far as my feet will take me. My first run of the year, when it's nice enough that you don't need a big jacket but also cool enough that you overheat, is one of my favorite spring traditions!
