Every moment of every day is pretty awesome, but it’s so easy to barrel through a day on automatic pilot without even a second thought.
When you’re reflecting on your day at the end of the day, what’s your favorite part?
My favorite time of day is morning. It’s the time of day when I have the most energy and feel the most like “me”. I love the smell of coffee and drinking my first morning coffee. One of my favorite moments of day is when I take Zuca, my she-dog, out for a walk in the park before seashore with the first morning coffee —the other one is when we go back there for sunset.
