My favorite time of day is morning. It’s the time of day when I have the most energy and feel the most like “me”. I love the smell of coffee and drinking my first morning coffee. I love mornings so much that when I go to bed at night I often think, “I can’t wait to get up..” I love morning. I am Pollyanna…

One of my favorite moments of day is when I take Zuca, my she-dog, out for a walk in the park before seashore with the first morning coffee —the other one is when we go back there for sunset.

I love this! Your day sounds a little like mine - except we walk around the lake in the snow. What kind of dog is Zuca?

I picture your walks —sure they’re beautiful! Zuca is a mixed-breed about to become eight.

Hands down it’s morning! I love the serenity and the stillness before the busyness of the day begins. My dog greets me the moment I switch on the light.

I would say my favorite time is in the evening just before dusk when I can enjoy nature and take a walk.

That liminal time when the sun is setting is magical!

That golden hour in the morning before most people are up and awake. I'm an early riser and there is something about that liminal time when the world is waking up. It's a great time to think about the gift of being alive and reflect on all the good things and general awesomeness there is in the world. Starting the day that way helps me resist and avoid the negativity traps that sometimes come up later in the day - negative media, traumatized people, etc. It's the best time and most useful/beneficial time for me, hands down.

This is so hard! I like mornings because I work my first hour and half of day alone and it’s quiet and relaxing with coffee when I finish. I like middle of day when I shift from working in my shop to running errands. I like bedtime because I love getting into a bed with clean sheets. And knowing there is coffee again in the morning.

Ha! Love this. There's always coffee! Spoken from a true coffee entrepreneur! I love that you appreciate all parts of the day. :)
