I’m totally with you, Lisa! NYC all the way. You can’t beat it when it comes to culture, music, theater, food .. the list goes on!!! From what I’ve heard, LA isn’t very walkable either and has horrible traffic. If I was going to Cali I’d probably spend a day in LA just for some celebrity sightings and the nice weather but spend most of my time in Malibu or Newport Beach.. :)

I’d rather be in NYC. LA is a lot of driving.

But, if I have to choose between Chicago, NYC, and LA, Chicago wins every time. We have 24 beaches in the city, some of the best museums in the country, definitely the best architecture, great cultural activities, plenty of grit and density and better pizza. Of course, it’s my favorite place.

New York for me because of the grit, walkability, and museums. I love CA. I lived there for 10 years, but it’s Ventura, Santa Barbara, and SanFrancisco for me instead of LA.

This is easy. NYC in a heartbeat. I lived only an hour from LA and only went there twice. Everyone drives everyplace and traffic is horrible. NYC has it all. Great neighborhoods, food, Broadway, museums, Central Park, just so much culture. NYC is great for a family vacation(we did many ) or a couples getaway. So many wonderful memories of trips to NYC- I think I’ve been there in every season and always loved it. The Big Apple- no contest.

Aunt Roslyn & I both vote for NY. She wants to go up in tall skyscrapers & look at the view. I want to go to as many theatre’s to see any of the plays. She wants to enjoy music at so many different venues. No subways for us but we both want to enjoy all the restaurants. And of course the shopping on Fifth Avenue.

I'm going to say LA because I live in NYC and I'd love a little vacation 😂

A weekend? NYC for sure. You could do so much more in a smaller amount of time. But to live...? Los Angeles! I'm a beach bum at heart.
