60 min at 10am. I would need a better time for it to start. Say 7pm. I would use that time outside of time to do some exercising. People would ask me if I was ok cause I would have started to sweat for no apparent reason. I would just say I'm fine thanks for asking.

Why 7pm? What kind of exercise? Have you ever tried Kettlebells? Super efficient and you get a good sweat on!

If time stopped at 10 am I would be driving around 60 miles an hour. At 7:00 p.m. I would be home I could choose what type of exercise I indulge in I could go for a walk I could use weights I could stretch. Anything I felt like doing I could do. Besides that I could also practice guitar I could play the drums I could write a song having an hour to myself while time stood still would be an interesting thing.

Hmm - this is a tough one. I'd probably get back into writing - poetry, short stories, etc. It takes a minute for me to get into a flow state and a dedicated hour of just me and the page would be very cathartic.

I love this idea and I'd love to read some of your poetry. Do it! :)

A free magical hour when time is suspended and no one can interrupt you? I am going with a solid 60 minutes of meditation. You're already in a magical suspended time. I've got to imagine that magicalness would add juice to the meditation practice and things would get extra interesting!

I would practice the piano. Life always seems to get in the way of practicing and I would love to regain the skill and proficiency I once had. Maybe having that extra hour would help me.

Love this, Susan! Maybe just start with Debussy - Arabesque No. 1? You could play it next Thanksgiving. You played that one so beautifully!

I would dedicate that time to making upscale pastries--a skill I don't have but would very much like to obtain. No, not cookies and brownies, I'm talking eclairs, pain au chocolats, cannolis, etc.

(I know I could be saving the world or something, but I had a really good croissant this morning and I'm inspired.)

Fancy! Yum! I took a French pastry class one time and we made eclairs. Decadent!

I’d go back in time to experience being a young parent again. I wonder how many things I’d do differently??

How do you think you'd do things differently? I'd definitely be less stressed about the little stuff. :)
