My favorite breakfast when we were growing up would have to be when we took family camping trips. Our mom would buy the little mini cereal boxes- you could actually cut them open and use the box as a bowl. It usually leaked. We had 5 kids and we all wanted the Frosted Flakes or the Sugar Smacks(yep, that's what it was called..)and if you were slow on the draw you got stuck with the Shredded Wheat. Now, if I eat breakfast I have Greek Yogurt and blueberries but for a weekend indulgence I love the almond croissant at our neighborhood bakery, La Boulangerie Marguerite.

As a kid, every Saturday morning began with a Chocolate Chip Pancake the size of a frozen pizza.

As an adult, I've been really into making French omelettes and having quality bread for toast! It's truly become my favorite meal of the day.

I LOVE breakfast. It’s definitely my favorite meal of the day! My favorite breakfast growing up was anything with bacon. I couldn’t get enough of it! My mom used to wake me up in the morning to a cup of hot cocoa, which was absolutely lovely :)

I still am an avid breakfast eater now. During the week, I tend to gravitate towards something nutritious but quick, which is often some form of oatmeal with fresh fruit, honey, and cinnamon on it. This week, I made coconut milk chia pudding and have been topping it with mangoes, blueberries, and honey. It is so delicious! If i’m going out, I’ll almost always opt for a savory breakfast. I love eggs benedict or a croissant sandwich. I stopped drinking caffeine a few months ago (I love coffee but the caffeine can be too much for my anxiety), but I’ve recently started drinking decaf and it brings so much comfort to my mornings :)

When I was a kid my favorite breakfast was French toast. When I was in second grade I ate what seemed to me then as 21 pieces of syrup soaked toast and went to school. I think I probably had 4 at most.

Today, I eat breakfast sometimes..when I have breakfast at home we have the Barbara Breakfast....one small yogurt container with granola dumped into the granola. The mix of yogurt and granola is the important part. It is always either Chobani or Trader Joes coconut and the granola is Trader Joes Peanut Butter. Joe's PB granola has these large boulders of granola...none of that sawdust stuff. Then after we finish the yogurt/ granola combo, Radley gets to lick the insides of the containers. Radley is a mid-sized hound. Another favorite breakfast is a full Irish breakfast with a bottle of Tabasco sauce. That's usually an annual thing. Whatever the breakfast is it Always has extra strong coffee. Right now I am having a double espresso.
