I don’t really like the show Stranger Things. I feel like it’s been so popular for the past 5/6 years and I just don’t get it! I watched the first two seasons when they first came out because my friends told me i’d love the show, but I never got the hype of it. Also I am not a big fan of bones breaking in shows and movies and i’ve heard through the grapevine that there’s lots of that in the later seasons, so I’m gonna skip those, haha!
I loved the first season of Stranger Things but I grew up in that era so a lot of it was probably pure nostalgia. I fell off the wagon in the second season. I'm with you on bones breaking! See you soon!
I wasn’t getting all the hype about Taylor Swift in the past & thought most of her songs were boring & repetitive. But, it’s a big But & I’ve changed my mind. I saw the movie of her Eras Tour & realized what a showman she is. Totally professional, kind, clean, wholesome entertainment for all ages. She’s a Billionaire & got all her $$ from her music. Kids love her & she’s a great role model. I compare her to Whitney Houston with Star Power. Totally changed my mind.
Taylor Swift came up at our ArcStone huddle. I like her but don't love her with a capital L. Lol! That said, she's an amazing business woman (loved how she stood up to Spotify), and a superb roll model!
Guns made for shooting people - specifically handguns and guns that hold more than 3 rounds/bullets. I don’t understand why we need all the extra firepower.
Lol! Of course! I don't watch those shows either but based on the previews, the ones where they end up at the alter seem like they attract people looking for 10 minutes of fame but have no real skill.
Football, (sports) I have never seen a game or went to an event that was because of the team(s) playing. It's always because of the friends I get to see/hang out with. And I tell you what I never want to try to figure it out I just don't appreciate sports in general. Especially spectating them.
What?! You strike me as a "The Old Man and the Sea" fan! Lol! Kind of with you. Agreed on Bubble Tea - especially with the pearls. Too sweet. I've never been to a Chick-fil-a. See you soon!
Casinos. I don’t like hoards of people, artificial light and noise, smoke-to each their own but I don’t get the attraction. And denim maxi skirts. Hard no.
I think when something get's so hyped (like Barbie), it ruins the experience because your expectations are way too high. I haven't seen the movie yet (I KNOW, I am SO out of the loop eek) but I've heard a similar experience to yours Lisa and others who went gaga over it. Interesting!
I know Zach Bryan (the musician) is really popular right now and I think he is just like, okay. I don't really get the hype. I do appreciate the simplicity of his music and "back to the roots" kind of country vibe but I think there are way other talented musicians that deserve more attention.
I'm not familiar with Zach Bryan. I just listened to a couple of songs, and Jackson overheard some lyrics, "Did he just say, 'he's dammed if he does, and dammed if he doesn't?' That's pretty edgy." lol. 27million monthly listeners! Wow.

Also water skiing.
Yes, amen to both!!
Reality TV.
Agreed! What's the worst reality show in your opinion?
don't really know since I don't watch them! The Kardashians; and The Bachelor franchise seems especially heinous and exploitive.

I used to be with you on this one but I learned to like basketball and now I'm kind of a fan. Go Timberwolves and Gophers!
Nice! The only kind of spectators thing I like is rock bands. I hope to talk to you guys soon.
Ernest Hemingway, Bubble Tea, Chick-fil-a

Yes, good one! Casinos are depressing. I had a denim maxi about 15 years ago. I kind of liked it.
